Would it be possible for you to tell me if there is a Samantha Baker there and if so may I converse with her briefly?

I was over at Fork in the Road and she posted about helping with makeup/beauty product advice. It got me to thinking about how everyone definitely has their routine. I figured since I am up and Tal is sleeping, I would post about my routine and share things that I love.

Clinique Almost Make Up (I wear it in "medium")
I have been wearing it for 7 years and have yet to find anything better. It gives a flawless look and no one ever knows I have anything on. It just gives a great all over color and also is a moisturizer with spf. So its good for you skin and so lightweight. I like it because it never gets on your clothes like alot of makeup. A definite must!!





The next thing I absolutely adore is Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner. I was at Nordstrom's one day and went to see my friends working at the Bobbi Brown counter and fell in love with this when I put it on. I have been using it for 2 years now and it is fabulous!! Goes on easy, dark, and with a clean line. Great buy!!

I have never liked wearing lipstick. Just not me and I don't know when it will be me. I am a gloss girl. Personally I blame B because she has a million thousand lipgloss's. Every color, flavor, shine, you name it she has it. So it's not surprise with her as my best friend that I love a good gloss and these 2 do not disappoint! First is my standby, CO Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine. The gloss is fabulous, shiny, sweet, and looks amazing. A perfect clear gloss and I love the menthol kick. I carry this everywhere. Add with the Almost makeup and its a great summer look.
When I feel like a little color, I use Victorias Secret Beauty Rush lipsgloss. Love the colors and shine and it adds such a nice sudle oomph to my look. A friend gave me this and I am addicted. Not the best for kissing but looks so good guys can't resist anyways.

I use 2 basic products for my hair these days. After trying a million shampoos I ended up back with Redken's Smooth Down line which really works the best. I love the Butter Treat leave-in conditioner and the Heat Glide serum. This will make any heat dryed hair feel amazing and fast! I am not straying again!!

The second product I have fallen in love with is by Dove. Dove makes a Frizz Control Therapy Taming Cream which works even if your hair isnt frizzy. I don;t have frizzt hair but I love this because it gives it some extra shine and mosturizer and leaves it really healthy. Smells great and when I do get the occasional frizz from the pool, it helps it out and keeps me looking great. I use it after the shower or sometimes jsut to dry hair when I want a kick of shine.



Well. I think I hear Tal starting to get up and that is all I use in my beatuy rotuine. Anyone have favorites they swear by? Or a good blush?
