Never live your life for someone before you find out what truly makes you happy

So.

Who wants to contribute to the "Tiffany needs $485 for learning Hebrew at an Ulpan here in Skokie so I can actually understand my bf and friends and not stare around blankly at holidays and hang outs?" fund? There is another place that teaches that is only $125 but they only teach some conversation and this one (which is conveniently by my house) teaches reading, writing, and more conversation and is twice as long and incorporates Israeli culture.

Last night the little girl I watch was soo cute. She was brushing my hair, I guess playing "hairdresser" and she told me how she has a bf and they have kissed and i was like on the lips and she was like maybe and i was like oh and she was like what if i did and i was like it would be cool and then she was like we did! and i was like cool, as long as he treats you right and she was all he does and he is so cute and i was like oh yeah? and she was all he has red hair and it used to be curly but now it's short and not and we got engaged last year and i was like sweet and she was like are you married, why not, you should get married and i was like yeah ha, shower time!

I am pretty sure my conversation with a 6 year old could also be put in as a voice over on an episode of The Hills and make sense. Oh, speaking of, I just searched for the Audrina/Justin Bobby spoof on Funny or Die and this popped up. I don't know, it made me laugh.

Also, this is so funny. I was not the biggest Obama fan when he was against Hilary, I mean he was cool and all but I was all about the HC but now I am obvs on the b.h.o side (i like him enough not to call him b.o. ya know?) Plus Sarah Palin gives me nightmares, or nightfears, as the little girl calls them.

So. September 11th. Sigh. It never stops sucking when you think about it. A really good book to read about it is "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" by Jonathan Safran Foer. Go read it. Great book.

Today is also my Dad's birthday so I am going to take him out to eat for dinner. Yay.

Have a great day and hopefully tonight I will be able to catch up on the extremely appreciated comments I get and read everyone's fabulous blogs!!

Also do Chemistry homework. Blah!! 101 is not the easy class I was thinking it would be.

Does anyone have a Ti 83 calculator they want to loan me?

kthanksbye!

Oh. For all the girls/guys who have relationship up/downs/struggles/who question themselves, I am posting my favorite quotes that a friend once sent me and which keep me inspired and strong!

-If they want you, nothing can keep them away. If they don't, nothing can make them stay. (I learned this one, ouch baby)
-Don't make excuses for their behavior.
-Follow your instincts.
-Stop trying to change yourself and hold on to a relationship that isn't meant to be.
-If a relationship ends because you were mistreated then no you can't be friends - a friend wouldn't mistreat a friend.

-Don't settle.
-NEVER STAY BECAUSE YOU THINK "IT WILL GET BETTER".
-Never let someone else define who you are.
-Take time to heal between relationships.
-Never look for someone to complete you.
-Make them miss you sometimes.
-Don't fully commit to someone who doesn't give you everthing you need

One of my fav's: Never make someone a priority when they only make you an option

You can have my TI-83 but it still has "Tunnel" and "Penguins" on it.
